Hello, this is Marko Rubel with Unlimited Funding Program, the authority in real estate investing. Today I’ve prepared a short tutorial explaining why it is worth the money to list your home on the MLS. Here are some real estate investment strategies you can use when establishing your business.

Question —
”David is asking, Is it worth 0.00 to list your house on the MLS? The house is being sold lease to own.”

Answer —
”Hi, David. Is it worth it? Absolutely it’s worth it. Plus I think you could find someone to put the house on the MLS for cheaper, maybe 0.00 not 0.00. I bet you could find that because even in California, which is more expensive, we can find it. I think you can find that, but regardless, it is worth it. You will get great exposure. If it cuts down only one week on selling the house, you’re still better off. I would definitely advise you that whatever way you’re selling the house, especially when you’re selling the house in way as well, list it on the MLS and pay 0.00.
Side question, David, if I recall correctly, it’s been three or four weeks since you bought that property. Why is it taking so long to put it on the market? I want you to be moving fast. This already has to be listed. This already has to be shown. I want you to have a lot of activity going on. Every month that’s a mortgage payment that could be going into your marketing and giving you more deals. Please speed up with this.
Sometimes too much analyzing is counterproductive. You have everything. Get it sold. Get it sold, and let us know how we can help you. Let us know also how it goes.
